Cannot Use NuGet

When I try to instal the NuGet from terminal via this command line - "dotnet add package BrainAI --version 8.0.5"
I get this error - "error: NU1101: Unable to find package BrainAI. No packages exist with this id in source(s): C:\Program Files\dotnet\library-packs, Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages, nuget.org"

Because it is not deployed to microsoft nuget.
Instead it is created as a package on github.
You should add nuget source:

dotnet nuget add source https://nuget.pkg.github.com/ApmeM/index.json --name=github_apmem

And you will be able to install all packages from the specified user.
