I wanted to use the system to host some PDFs so multiple people can get to them, it appears as though the upload process worked, as when I try to re-upload the same file, I'm told that the file already exists. Going to the "File Manager" section, the server hangs with "Waiting for 10.10.100.144..." showing up in the browser bottom left corner. Not sure if this is just a case of something needing to be reset, but I was unsure of the fix for this problem.
