Remove authncontextclassref or allow for it to be configured #6016

@kale1d0code

Description

@kale1d0code

Describe the feature you'd like

We would like to use Microsoft 365 for Single Sign On

currently bookstack is specifiying that a user must use passwordprotectedtransport
this prevents users from accessing bookstack through managed devices covered with seamless single sign on.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

not specifying authncontextclassref or allowing a host to modify authncontextclassref would allow users on managed devices covered with seamless single sign on to use bookstack

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

it maybe possible to modify the xml generated however my expectation is that the saml.xml file is generated each time the dockercontainer starts and so attempting to supply a modified one may not work.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

  • I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

How long have you been using BookStack?

1 to 5 years
