[FEATURE] evaluate reorient

We should evaluate a reorientation as a first cheap computation step to make downstream calculations cheaper.

This does make sense. The BraTS pipeline that has been used to get the data ready does this [ref].

I have already added the related functionality here: https://github.com/sarthakpati/preprocessing/blob/common_orientation/brainles_preprocessing/utils/imaging.py#L7

We can discuss which is the best place for us to call this. For example, elastix (and I think ANTs) can use this function directly, but the rest need a file I/O operation.
