[Bug]: Cannot auto detect Star Rail folder location after 3.8 update.

Bug Behavior

After Star Rail 3.8.0 update, auto detect game folder cannot find Star Rail folder anymore, even though config.ini still save correct game folder path. Launcher always asking about re-install entire game instead of allow user choose game folder by themself (Probably Collapse aint allow you do this but well, I just wanna tell it). I already re-install Collapse but the issue still aint fixed.

Expected Behavior

It should auto detect game folder, and allow user enter game by using their own game, should not force user re-install entire game again

Steps to reproduce

1. Updating Star Rail 3.8.0 (By using hoyoplay, the official launcher of Mihoyo/Hoyoverse)
2. Open Collapse
3. Start Game button changed to Install Game, even config.ini still save correct game path
