CI tests failing

The cloudflare blocks are no longer preventing test file download from hpsweb to github. But the CI tests are still internally failing on some physics criteria. Test file(s) needs updating? @mgignac @bloodyyugo

We are also seeing this:

That doesn't appear to be the cause of the current github CI test failures though

Yes, not the tests, but the deploy will fail. Tests seem to be
Error: Failures: Error: PhysRun2016FeeReconKalmanTest>ReconTest.testRecon:380->ReconTest.comparePlots:252->ReconTest.compareTrees:272->ReconTest.compareHistograms:293 Bin 20 is different for: Bottom <10 Hit Track dEdx expected:<0> but was:<1>

Not sure when this was introduced. Small difference, so we probably can just updated the reference files. Won't have time to do that myself today. Would be great if you could help with this.

Well, someone already familiar with the relevant tests that are currently failing should take a look. If that's now no one, it might be time to disable those tests, else write new ones.

One can disable the red-herring deployment job with this PR: #1172

But note, doing that doesn't change anything at all, just people's interpretation of a website.
