Ignore touch deactivates when the close button is activated

Ignore display touch mode is deactivated when the user attempts to close the editor but then cancels the action.

1. Start the editor with "Ignore touch input"
2. Press the Close button
3. Select Cancel in the dialog

Actual result:
Touch input is enabled in contrast with the editor setting.

Expected result:
Touch input should be ignored after return to the editor.
