Support for my specific HUB75 64x64 16S panel

Hello.

I've already converted several matrix LED modules (HUB75) from AliExpress to WLED.

Now I have one where addressing isn't yet supported.

My module is 64x64 16S. This means four lines are transmitted with a single latch. There's no E input.

For example, the shift registers for lines 1 and 17 are all cascaded. So, the information for 128 LEDs needs to be transmitted through the input line in a single latch.

Unfortunately, I can't compile it myself, so I'm asking if someone could implement this?

Please try my recommendations from upstream WLED: wled#5131

Tl;dr: 16S = 4-scan is supported if you select "outdoor 64x64" in LED settings. Please try the other suggestions in case you cannot get the panel to work as "outdoors".

If by any chance your panel has the MBI5124 driver chip, check out my comment on the ESP32 HUB75 I2S repo. My panel is also 64x64 16S and has no E pin and I was able to make it work thanks to @board707 and my own research. Beware that my code has pinout specifically for the Adafruit Matrix Portal S3 but you could just remove anything relating to the pins which is different to the original code by board707 if you are not using that.
