The PHPoole Twitter Bootstrap plugin download components/bootstrap via Composer and copy only needed assets.
$ cd _phpoole
$ php composer.phar require phpoole/plugin-twbootstrap:@dev --prefer-dist
Just run a new website and see the magic!
