Little todo list to track this. Releasing 0.22 also unblocks #831

• Updated upgrade guide update upgrade guide #845
• Write something for the RustAudio discord and maybe Rust reddit
  Skipping this, I'm not feeling that well, we can have a big announcement when we've merged/introduced the experimental stuff.
• Go through the release procedure https://github.com/RustAudio/rodio/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#release-procedure
• Post in RustAudio and maybe Reddit
  Posting something bare minimum in RustAudio
