Add a friends system.

Concept:
Basically, it all works through the forums with a Add Friend button on the users profile.
In addition to this we could do the following:

• When a user runs the command /friends (or /friends list (if args are needed)) and the user can see if their friends are online.
• Additionally messages in game can be changed so that users can only receive messages from Friends only.
