@ajaynair MGH is a voxel-based image (a 3D texture bitmap) where each voxel has a brightness intensity. To convert it to a triangulated mesh you will want to select an isosurface intensity (e.g. intensity boundary between air and tissue) convert to a polygonal mesh using an algorithm like Marching Cubes.

brainbrowser does not currently provide this, but you could easily add support using a WebAssembly plugin like ITK-WASM or niimath.

You can see these two implementations using the ct2print.org live demo:

1. open the web page ct2print.org.
2. Drag and drop your voxel-based image onto the web page (e.g. NIfTI, NRRD, MGH format).
3. press create mesh and choose your isosurface and algorithm (ITK-Wasm is better and niimath is faster). Choose the other options for simplification and smoothing and finally press Apply.
4. Press Save mesh to save the resulting triangulated mesh (e.g. STL or OBJ format).
