[Feature]: Show agent version number in UI

💡 Feature Description and Proposed Solution

It would be helpful if the UI showed the version number of the agent in the information side bar.

This would allow:

1. the user's to see when an agent has been updated from a previous version they were using
2. the agent developer to determine if their agent update has been successfully deployed without the need for inspecting the agent information via the cli
