[Bug]: Switching js2py to pythonmonkey causing issues

What happened?

1. Post commit failures and node requirement is a no-go on staying in code.
2. So reverting via Revert "[yaml] : switch js2py to pythonmonkey" #37665 for master.
3. The revert should be cherry-pick in the 2.72 release.
