Calculating height of HTML text

Is there any way to calculate height of html in advance?

  CoreTextLabel * label = [[CoreTextLabel alloc] initWithFrame:CGRectMake(10, 10, 300, 9000)];
  [label setHtml:@"Text<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>Text"];
  NSLog(@"Current size => %@", NSStringFromCGSize(label.frame.size));
  NSLog(@"Required size => %@", NSStringFromCGSize([label sizeThatFits:label.frame.size]));

This will give you this result:

2015-03-17 10:37:04.181 Current size => {300, 9000}
2015-03-17 10:37:04.183 Required size => {37.997999999999998, 232}
