Feature Request: Custom Kernel module

A module that will let users choose custom kernels. For example CachyOS Kernel on Fedora

using this script works :

I am guessing though this won't work with secure boot and the signing module BlueBuild employs though?

The kernel needs to be signed for secure boot to work, yes, but the signing module is only related to container signing.

There area few approaches one could take for this module

• provide a set list of kernels with supported installation scripts that one can pick from (say, Cachy, Bazzite, realtime)
  • distro-specific
• have the module be a "template script" that allows one to install any kernel package from any package manager, where the module only handles the commands that need to be run before and after
  • could be distro-agnostic
