[Bug]: Vaniglia runner fails to launch any application

Describe the bug

The latest vaniglia runner fails to launch any app. If launched via the terminal, you get the following:

wine client error:0: version mismatch 756/739.
Your wine binary was not upgraded correctly,
or you have an older one somewhere in your PATH.
Or maybe the wrong wineserver is still running?
Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specifi
ed file.
ShellExecuteEx failed: Internal error.

Doesn't matter what executable I provide - all fail.

To Reproduce

1. Click New Bottle
2. Select Custom environment
3. Select vaniglia-7.18 as the runner
4. Click Create
5. Attempt to run any executable

vaniglia-7.5 appears to be the last working version

7.5,7.4 & 6.23 all work as expected.

7.10 is the first version that shows this error & shows up in every subsequent version
