Latest releases don't include precompiled binary artifacts

Hi! thanks for making cargo-component :) I've noticed the last two releases don't have precompiled binaries. They're useful to have, to speed up CI contexts, where we can wget them instead of having to cargo install cargo-component (which takes much more time). Could we have precompiled binaries again, in the future? (and ideally, for the last release as well please!)

Thanks for the report, I took over maintaining and performing releases and it appears the automation for adding the binaries to the releases failed. I will look into it, but it may take me a week or two to prioritize it. In the meantime I'd be glad for any help
