Unauthenticated users unable to sign up for a Codewars Red subscription

Describe the bug
On the subscription page (https://www.codewars.com/subscription), clicking the "Sign Up" buttons for any of the Codewars Red plans (Monthly, Annual, Semi-annual) does nothing when the user is not logged in. There is no redirect to the registration page and no feedback provided to the user.

To Reproduce

1. Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode or log out of your Codewars account
2. Go to https://www.codewars.com/subscription.
3. Click on any of the red "Sign Up" buttons under the pricing tiers.

Expected behavior
Since the user is unauthenticated, they should be redirected to the signin page (https://www.codewars.com/users/sign_in)
