Unable to see items in hand/armor

No issues appear in console but in game if you dont have the mods installed you cant see peoples items in hand.

I have found this occurs to people who don't have the mods installed, when they are in a modded world (where they shouldn't be) or if someone is in a vanilla world with modded items (which also shouldn't occur). I don't think this is a problem with the mod unless my two scenarios are not valid in this case.
This mod is not designed to allow vanilla and mod players play on one world, as when ever they come across a modded item that has been placed or if you simply throw a modded item on the ground they (the unmodded client) will crash. Which is why they are not supposed to be playing in the same world.

No the issue occurs in the vanila world at ALL times when nobody has any modded items. And yes it does only occur on the vanilla client.
