Add timeline retro format

1. pick date range (default to: from last timeline retro, to now)
2. add event markers
3. draw mood line
4. discuss + add actions

Ideally should be possible to add event markers while drawing mood lines.

Mood lines are associated with a person - maybe have participants enter a name before drawing?
