It's a fantastic tool for scRNA-seq sample analysis and thank you for your effort. Recently I planned to use SEQC to process some HTAN data and found that I cannot download the annotation genome stored in the AWS s3 folder s3://seqc-public/genomes/hg38_long_polya/. I wondered if the files in 'seqc-public/genomes' are publicly available.
I tried to use the command aws s3 cp s3://seqc-public/genomes/hg38_long_polya/ . --recursive to get the files but failed. Also attached a screenshot for the error information.
