[BUG] Missing param in exception list fetch

Description

We are missing specifying an optional parameter for fetching exception list containers. The following parameter - namespace_type is optional and will default to single. Anyone trying to fetch global exception lists, like the endpoint exception list, must specify agnostic.

Which documentation set(s) does this bug apply to?

Likely since first documented, so we would backport to earliest version supported.

Testing environment

API docs on bump.sh site are correct. I only need to update the 8.15 and earlier docs in our Asciidoc system.

Closing since we don't maintain the API docs in the asciidoc system anymore. Users shoudl refer to current docsite for correct info on endpoint docs.
