Failure due to missing epel repository (redhat RPM Systems)

when installing on base OS without epel, fails for dep xclip bc epel-release must be installed first, prior to attempting to install branchdiff

Fix:

Either (1): install only epel-release then follow by installing xclip + other epel deps via post-install script

OR

(2) Require that epel be installed prior to branchdiff installation
