Found a problem with a datetime de-serialization (nomad-sdk version 0.11.3.0).

Issue

When I try to get an allocation list from the nomad agent (via API) I get the following error:

Hi @ivanprostran and thanks for raising this issue. I have transferred it from the Nomad repo to the nomad-java-sdk repo where this problem can be better dealt with.
