Checkstyle compatibility

The checkstyle.xml file was removed from docs. We use prettier with checkstyle. Is this no longer supported?

@jameshearttech The Checkstyle configuration file in this repository hasn't been maintained at all in quite some time, and I was starting to question its usefulness. I've used Prettier and Checkstyle together before, but the only Checkstyle rules I enabled were those related to Javadocs or other non-formatting rules, as I expected Prettier to take care of all formatting.

Do you mind explaining your setup that uses both Prettier and Checkstyle, and detailing what functionality you're looking to get out of a Checkstyle configuration file hosted in this repository, just so I can better understand the use case?
