update docs links in server and CLI repos to point to new Mintlify docs #38
Description
After migration, all hardcoded links to the old docs site in the server and
CLI repos must be updated to point to the new Mintlify-hosted docs.
Tasks
- Audit all docs links in `kosli-dev/server`
- Audit all docs links in `kosli-dev/cli`
- Update links to point to the new docs URL
- Open PRs in the respective repos
