Small font with 16x16 icon

Issue
When the folder or file icon is 16x16, the font is very small

Steps to reproduce
Zoom out "zoom adjustment" at the bottom right

Expected behaviour
The font should remain the same size. If I need to reduce it, then I will do it in the Cinnamon settings

Other information
I have beautiful 16x16 icons made and I don't want them to be blurry using a 24x24 transformed icon

Can you add a checkbox in the settings to not change the font size when scaling?
I use "Compact View" 99% of the time and never switch to other modes. I'm currently using 66% scaling to keep the font normal, which I set in the Cinnamon settings. In order for the icon to display normally, you need to set the scaling to 50%, but then the font is very small.
I also use emblems.

The font and icons in the file tree are displayed normally.

Is it possible to set the font separately, as well as the size of the icons separately?
Scaling is cool, of course, but 99% of the time you use the file manager in one state without using scaling. That is, I set the size once and have been using it for several years. Why, for the sake of scaling, deprive the ability to display icons and text in a convenient combination. You either have a small font, but high-quality icons, or a large font, but blurred icons. If you make an 18 pixel icon out of a 16 or 24 pixel icon, it will never be beautiful. I made beautiful icons on purpose, but I can't use it because the font is small.
