[BUG] slskd proxy config uses old port

Current Behavior

The slskd proxy config uses port 5000, but the HTTP port for slskd was changed to 5030 in release 0.17.3: https://github.com/slskd/slskd/releases/tag/0.17.3

Their docs have an updated SWAG proxy conf: https://github.com/slskd/slskd/blob/master/docs/reverse_proxy.md#at-a-subdomain

Expected Behavior

Steps To Reproduce

Try to use slskd.subfolder.conf.sample with any release of slskd from 0.17.3 on.
