9800X3D temperature not working

9800X3D temperature is not working, test_librehardwaremonitor.py shows Temperature | Core (Tctl/Tdie) | 0.0, i downloaded the latest available version of your app turing-system-monitor-3.9.6.exe

Environment:

• Smart screen model [[UsbPCMonitor 3.5]
• Revision of this project [turing-system-monitor-3.9.6.exe]
• OS with version [Windows 11]
• Python version [Python 3.10]
• Hardware [Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU]

it turns out its my windows security deleting some files. i reinstalled and set windows security to ignore the folder. everything is working well now
