Connection view: ENSDb to preset Postgres version

It would be better to change this field label from "Database" to "Postgres" and to change the value in this field to display the version number of Postgres. The Postgres version number displayed here should be calculated dynamically by ENSApi when it connects to ENSDb and not explicitly stored as metadata within ENSDb
