Ticket lists are missing on fresh install

Hi,
I just installed Traq (twice for good measure) and I have the issue that the ticket lists are missing. I can create tickets and interact with them, they show up in the timeline and there are no errors as far as i can see. But everywhere there should be a list of tickets - there isn't. I tried different browsers and different devices, the issue seems to be server side.

Is there some obvious mistake I made?

Same issue - no ticket shown on at new installed traq 3.8.3

Also seeing this issue, also on 3.8.3. Have not found any workaround beyond getting to the tickets from other places, but it seems pretty broken to not have the Tickets tab show tickets...
