Improve the Supporters section #8621

I've noticed that the supporters section (https://nodejs.org/en/about/partners) looks a bit odd on our end. The guest supporters have no profile pictures or profiles so they are just empty circles. You can still click on the circles to navigate to their (non existing) profiles which doesn't add much.
On OpenCollective these profiles have placeholder profile pictures, and you can't navigate to their profiles which is much smoother imo. They also have names there, which adds some value. Maybe we could implement something closer to this?
Alternatively I guess we could hide the guest donations, because we show no information anyway.
