[Feature]: User impersonation / API tokens #208

Feature Description
Currently, we can't automate creating uptime monitoring and other checks using API because there is no way to generate tokens. However, Pocketbase has implemented impersonation which allows a superadmin to generate tokens with custom duration.

Motivation
Wish to use checkcle in an automated environment.
