Hi im using bazzite(fedora) and mine uses the rpm ostree and i was told to open an issue abt this so could u please send me the packages thank you very muucchhh

@lunam0on you can also install it under a distrobox. that is what i have done.

While there is a COPR rpm package that is/was maintained by @Derisis13, I understand that rpm ostree is the immutable flavor of fedora packaging.
If that has special requirements, we're not looking to implement that package.
I remember using something with rpm ostree like 4-5 years ago, distrobox does sound like the appropiate answer here.
Alternatively, it's just a shell script, so if you can get a hold of the dependencies, you can run it "raw" from your home folder.

Hi! RPM distribution and building is done on Copr. I'll see if I can enable RPM ostree generation on it.

Sorry, per my current knowledge, copr does not allow rpm ostree compatible package generation. There are hacks to make it work, you can found them by looking up "rpm ostree copr".
Currently I'd say the preferred method is the one described above, a better solution would be a flatpak package, which I haven't gotten to making in the last four years

how do i do it in the distrobox do i put it to "from url" or how?

@lunam0on Installing via Homebrew works well and doesn't involve messing with rpm-ostree. Currently have it running 4.12 with no issues.

@Derisis13 Since Homebrew comes standard with Bazzite (and possibly other RPM distros), would it be possible to add a section in install instructions for it?
