Crash report

What happened?

Sorry for opening an issue after its duplicates have already been closed 39 times, but I failed to find working (for me) solutions in them.

I have accidentally deleted %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Programs and %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Package Cache. After that I went to "installed programs" in windows settings and tried to "repair" or "uninstall" python from there, but got error saying an uninstaller/repairer? not found in Package Cache directory. After that I used Reva Uninstaller, BCUninstaller and a few others advacned uninstallers to try to fully uninstall remaining parts of Python installation, but still when I try to install Python for local user using Python3.14.3-amd64.exe I get error 0x80070643.
