RB1(Aggati) failure Interrupt and irq test cases test script Failing

Aggati has only 4 CPU's but when validating the Interrupt and irq test cases test script checking for all 8 CPu's

which the script should read the current CPu's and toggle the CPu's for both Interrupt and irq test case
