Add Reset All Feature

When I completed these exercises myself, I would have liked to be able to reset all exercises at once (I went through all of the exercises a few times).

This option is too dangerous and has an easy alternative that can't happen by mistake: Just initialize Rustlings in a new directory. You can delete the old one.
