Volume adjustments not working in-game on Trimui Smart Pro

Cannot adjust game volume on my Smart Pro running Spruce OS

Spruce 4.1.1...I just updated it, but the system did not reboot automatically. I have tried 6 games and all the same, volume is loud and I cannot adjust it. SNES and Sega Genesis games with Retroarch
