Description
Development mode is activated.
This occures when there are some errors in startup of the bot.
Only Configuration commands works in development mode.
Availabe commands are /env, /skip, /clearplaylist and /restart and /logs
The cause for activation of development mode was
Startup was unsuccesfull, Errors - Telegram says: [400 USERNAME_INVALID] - The username is invalid (caused by "contacts.ResolveUsername")
