Hybrid fictitious domain-immersed boundary (HFDIB) method extended for Reynolds-averaged simulation (RAS) with wall functions at the immersed boundaries. The initial HFDIB implementation spans from the work of Federico Municchi (https://github.com/fmuni/openHFDIB), but the code was heavily modified.
