Speed in mm/sec or mm/min?

The swift_api.py file mentions different units for the speed. Is speed in mm/sec or in mm/min?

I usually use values in the thousandths, given that it doesn't go crazy I would assume its in minutes.
Marlin, the underlying firmware is also using mm/min for its gcode commands: http://marlinfw.org/meta/gcode/
