Beta versions should have newer versions than stable ones

There is something odd going on with beta release versions for these packages (maybe others). The beta release with the same or earlier version appears after the stable release of same or newer version:

• 3 weeks ago @astrojs/sitemap@3.7.0

• 3 hours ago @astrojs/rss@4.0.15-beta.3

• 3 weeks ago @astrojs/rss@4.0.15

• 3 hours ago @astrojs/db@0.19.0-beta.3

• 2 weeks ago @astrojs/db@0.19.0

What's the expected result?

Beta versions should have newer versions than stable ones.

Yeah, this is something that happens sometimes when we have concurrent branches for a new major. Typically our workflow involve always releasing main before the major branch so that this doesn't happens, but we failed to do so this time.

Now that the new major is in main, we'd accept a PR to fix these versions!

@Princesseuh Thanks for the explanation. Since the sitemap betas have 3.6.1 version but the stable is 3.7.0 (although it was released 3 weeks before), I should keep 3.7.0? Version 3.6.1-beta.3 isn't an upgrade, right?

I'd expect 3.6.1-beta.3 and 3.7.0 to possibly be the same thing considering how we typically do things!
