Epilogue should use Record language instead of Logged language #8566

Description

@daltzctr

Per the documentation, Epilogue is first a NT publisher and second a NT logger (if you wire up the datalogger backend).

The documentation article is a bit confusing in that it mixes up "logging" and "telemetry" nomenclature. To clarify this, I think instead of Logged it should be Record. (Record as in verb, but noun is also acceptable).

You are recording to NetworkTables or recording to WPILog. It doesn't make sense to "log" to NetworkTables because that's telemetry. And given it's by default a NT telemetry publisher, it's not a logger, but a telemetry tool.
