2️⃣ DEPLOY ON LOCAL HOST / VPS (Recommended)
Run these commands line-by-line on your Ubuntu VPS terminal:
1. Upgrade and Update System:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y
2. Install FFMPEG & Required Packages:
sudo apt-get install python3-pip ffmpeg -y
sudo pip3 install -U pip
3. Install Node.js:
curl -fsSL [https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_18.x](https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_18.x) | sudo -E bash -
sudo apt-get install nodejs -y && npm i -g npm
4. Clone the Repository:
git clone [https://github.com/HellfireDevs/YUKIMUSICS.git](https://github.com/HellfireDevs/YUKIMUSICS.git)
cd YUKIMUSICS
5. Install Python Requirements:
pip3 install -U -r requirements.txt
6. Setup Environment Variables:
cp sample.env .env
nano .env
(Edit your variables inside the .env file. Press Ctrl+X, then Y, then Enter to save). 7. Run the Bot via Tmux (24/7 Hosting):
sudo apt install tmux -y
tmux
bash start
(To exit tmux and keep the bot running in the background, press Ctrl+B then D).
