Just want to bump this draft PR. There are significant enhancements to the tool waiting to be merged here. Are there any blocks to merging this and creating v2 of the tool now? |

All looks good to me - great to get the uncertainty plots working again.
Note for future & software engineer: would be useful to have enable automated GitHub Dependabot and GitHub Security Alerts for the repo to check for known vulnerabilities (I don't think we have this?)

To prevent branches being merged into main. All dev tasks will first be merged into this branch.
Then once we are happy with all dev tasks. This branch can be merged into main, so all the changes, updated guidance etc will appear on main in one go.
Once this branch has been merged with main we will update the repo tag to v2.0.0.
