Introduce FileLogger for info/error logging to daily log files. Integrate logging into Program, MigrateCommand, and StatsCommand for key events and errors. Enhance exception handling to log unhandled exceptions and notify users. Add try-catch in CnmmDatasource.InitializeLookup. Update project to always copy SqlDb.config to output.
