This PR includes the infrastructure to instantiate up-to two DCMAC IP targeting
the four interfaces, however only one interface per DCMAC is supported currently.

- restore sw_emu ZMQ handlers used by VRT (fetch, stream_in, stream_out)
- fix stream type parsing for templated HLS streams (e.g. stream<ap_uint<...>>)
- support no-AXI-Lite stream-only kernels by autostarting them in emulation
- generate and package emu_manifest.json in *_emu.vbin

Signed-off-by: Alexandru Ulmamei <alexandru.ulmamei@upb.ro>
- emit fetch.scalar routes in emu_manifest.json from linker metadata
- use manifest fetch routes in generated sw_emu fetch handler (keep fallback path)
- consume zmq recv() return values to fix nodiscard warnings and preserve REP state
- avoid teardown crashes for autostart/free-running kernels by fast-exiting on exit

Signed-off-by: Alexandru Ulmamei <alexandru.ulmamei@upb.ro>
- add emu manifest schema metadata and fetch schema version
- enrich kernel manifest entries with control mode, callable/autostart policy,
shutdown policy, and emu call-arg metadata
- record fetch.scalar source metadata (register-based vs fallback, synthetic ctrl-valid)
- validate manifest shape and emit startup diagnostics in generated sw_emu runtime
- validate emu call requests against manifest metadata (function, arg count, arg kinds)
- drive fast-exit teardown from kernel shutdown policy for autostart free-running kernels
