style: update footer sitemap link colors

What this PR does

• Updates the sitemap link colors in the footer for better visibility and consistency with the site theme.

Changes made

• Modified website/core/Footer.js to adjust link styles.
• Updated website/static/css/main.css to reflect the new hover and default colors.

Testing

• Verified footer links visually in local development server.
• Checked hover states and color contrast for readability.

Thanks for pointing this out. I’ve updated the footer link color to ensure it meets accessibility contrast requirements while staying aligned with the site theme. Please let me know if any further adjustments are needed.

Thanks for your enhancements @mi-vaishnavi. That's better, although personally I think that the original white colour is clearer, and consistent with links in the header.
