Add markdown image references for all 6 diagrams (PNW watercolor hero, three-approaches progression, hub architecture, before/after workflow, skill confidence lifecycle, ralph-go pipeline). Skipped tradeoff comparison image as redundant with the existing markdown table. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
